Yes. Each Store Hours location stores its own timezone. The TV client detects the current local time using that timezone and shows the correct Open/Closed status - so a screen in Calgary and a screen in Toronto both show their own correct hours at the right time.
Yes. Each day of the week has an individual Closed toggle. Flip it on and that day shows as "Closed" - no hours needed. For holidays you'd toggle the affected day closed and restore it when the holiday passes.
